How do I return an item?

We're sorry to learn you wish to return an item. Please see below the options which may apply to you.

Faulty Product?

We personally inspect all items prior to despatch to avoid disappointment to our customers. In the event your item is faulty or defective you must report the product to us via
our contact form within 4 weeks of a fault becoming apparent. We will provide you with our return address and a returns number which must be included on the returns package label. We will replace or substitute the faulty product (subject to availability of stock) free of charge, and will also reimburse you for the return carriage for the faulty item.

Please note items deemed faulty must be a result of faulty manufacturing or design and does not include deliberate or accidental damage. We also require the faulty product be returned in full with original packaging.

I've changed my mind but my order is being or has been delivered?

You may return products to us by notifying us within 14 calendar days of physical receipt of your order. You must notify us as soon as possible via
our contact form upon which we will confirm our return address and any return reference numbers.

Please then post back to us (at cost to you, unfortunately we do not refund for return postage in this case) no later than 14 calendar days from date of confirmation to return. We suggest returning items via recorded or trackable courier for added security along with insurance. All items must be returned as received - new and in original packaging and labelling. Upon receipt of returned items, and if deemed in satisfactory condition we will process the refund to you within the following 14 calendar days.
